Return and Refund Policy
  • Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable: Due to hygiene reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refund/Replacement Requests: Contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide proof such as images of the product, packaging, and invoice. Please allow us 3 working days to investigate.
Eligibility for Full Refund or Replacement:
  • Missing products from your order
  • Damaged or leaking products
  • Wrong product received
  • Expired product received
Non-Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
  • Product is tampered with
  • Invoice copy is missing
  • Batch number, manufacturing date, or MRP is tampered with
  • Product is without original packaging
  • Query is not raised within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • Allergic reactions due to product usage (we recommend a patch test before use and reviewing the ingredient list on the product page before placing an order)
Refund Policy
  • Proof Requirement: We may request proof before initiating a refund.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will take 6-7 business days to reflect in your account. You will receive an SMS and email when the refund is initiated, with a link to track the status.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfers and may take up to 15-17 business days to reflect in your account.
