Payment policy
We accept online orders via COD or Prepaid, with free shipping on prepaid orders.
If your account has been charged but you haven’t received a confirmation, please contact our customer care team at support@utilis.in or WhatsApp us at +91 261 316 1636. Provide the following details:
- Transaction Reference Number
- Registered Email ID and Phone Number used for the order
- Date & Time of Transaction
Shipping Policy
- Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout.
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email and SMS once your order is confirmed.
- Order Dispatch: You’ll receive a tracking number and link once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time varies by state. We aim to deliver within 4-7 working days (Monday – Friday).
- Sale Events: Delivery may be delayed during sale events.
- Partially Shipped Orders:These are normal. For COD orders, you will pay for each part received.
- Order Tracking: Track your order on the Track My Order Page.
Delivery Policy
- Safety and Hygiene: To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers and staff, there may be delivery delays. We take extreme precautions during manufacturing, packing, and dispatching.
- COD Availability: COD is available for all orders, subject to promotions and offers.
- Damaged or Tampered Shipments: If your shipment is damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and inform our customer care immediately.
- Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, inform our customer care team within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve your query within 3 working days.
- Claims for Shortage, Damage, or Wrong Product: Inform our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will resolve your query within 2-3 working days.
- Post-Delivery Responsibility: We are not responsible for damages or misplacement post- delivery.
- Delivery Pauses: We reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time and will inform you accordingly. Please ensure you enter your Pin Code correctly when placing the order.

Order Cancellation Policy
- Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that are ‘fulfilled’ or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Pre-Fulfillment Cancellations: To cancel your order before it is ‘fulfilled’, log in to your account to check the status and cancel if available. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer care team for assistance.
